Welcome to the USF Robert Goldstine Performing Arts Center, part of our exciting downtown campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You may recognize the landmark historic building in the photograph. It’s the former Scottish Rite Center at 431 W. Berry St. Now, it’s the main facility for several of the university’s existing programs and the home for newly developed META program.
The university’s goal in purchasing the building is to establish a media production complex in which students can be educated in the arts disciplines and profitable business enterprises can be created — all in a hands-on, media team-driven, entrepreneurial manner. In addition, the multimedia center is intended to serve as the main facility for a number of USF’s existing programs, as well as new ones.
The facility also provides a performance hall for USF productions and convocations; areas for public conferences or professional meetings; as well as a banquet hall accommodating up to 600 guests for receptions, dinners, and other celebrations.
