Adjacent to the ballroom, this 2,125 square foot area with a seating capacity of 140 (round tables) is ideal for parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate seminars, meetings, and lunches.
Rental fees are $400 for eight (8) hours, $200 for four (4) hours, and $40 for additional hours. Reduced rates may apply for nonprofit groups.
Rental includes parking, setup and teardown. Incidental fees applied for additional requests – e.g., technology equipment, flags, pipe & drape, marquee use, etc. A 50% deposit of rental is required to secure your reservation. Certificate of liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1 million, obtainable from your insurance carrier, is required no later than five days prior to your event.
Catering is available through university approved services only. Bar service is permitted when secured through a licensed vendor with a three-way permit. Proof of permit must be provided by the event host/coordinator.
Event attendants and security required, with hourly rates assessed for services provided.
