Beautifully appointed, the 4,056 square foot horseshoe-shaped lobby is located on the main level and wraps halfway around the historic 2,000 seat auditorium. The lobby is perfect for a cocktail reception, wedding reception, or other celebration involving 50 to 250 guests.
Rental is $1,000/day. Reduced rates may apply for multiple performances and nonprofit groups. Facility use for rehearsals is assessed at $75 per hour.
Rental includes parking. Incidental fees may apply for additional requests, e.g., technology, flags, pipe & drape, marquee use, etc. Certificate of liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1 million, obtainable from your insurance carrier, is required no later than two weeks prior to your event.
Catering is available through university approved services only.
Event attendants and security required, with hourly rates assessed for services provided.
